Spacious and well-maintained 2-bedroom, 2-bath condominium in one of the best ski-in, ski-out locations at Jay Peak Resort. The condo is in the desirable Village neighborhood and right next to the Grammy Jay trail so you can step out the front door and ski/ride right onto the trail. No walking required!
The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and new stainless appliances. Relax in the large living area by the cozy brick hearth gas fireplace after a day on the slopes, and enjoy the 55” flat screen TV and family board games. French doors look out over the woods and trails. The condo has been immaculately maintained and has been updated recently with new paint, furniture and decor.
The condo is a ground floor unit with double french doors from the living room opening to the lawn and trails outside. There are 7 stairs down to the living area of the condo from the main entrance.
The condo sleeps up to 7 people. The primary suite has a king bed, 42' flat-screen TV, and attached full bathroom. The second bedroom has a twin over double bunk. There is a queen-size sofabed in the living area. All linens, pillows and blankets are provided. The condo is equipped with built-in ski boot heaters, washer and dryer, outdoor ski locker and wifi. Sleds and snowshoes are provided free of charge for our guests at the condo.
The condo does not have a hot tub; however there is a large outdoor shared hot tub available at the Pumphouse Water Park with a water park ticket purchase.

There is one assigned parking space for the condo, in front of the condo building. The Village Association requires all other vehicles to park in the free covered parking garage at the Tram Base.
The condo is a beautiful place to be in the summer and fall, in a peaceful and convenient location. Air conditioning, a rarity in condos at Jay Peak, is included via a wall-mounted Mitsubishi unit in the living area. The Tram Base and Pumphouse Water Park are a short 10 minute walk away. Many of our guests like to take advantage of the free Jay Peak shuttle that runs between the condos, Tram Base and Stateside.
Jay Peak receives more snow than any other ski area in the East and is well-known for its exceptional glade trails (trails dotted with trees) for skiers and riders from novice to expert. You and your companions can also take advantage of the many fun amenities at Jay Peak, including the Pumphouse Indoor Water Park, Ice Skating Arena with café and bar, Spa and Fitness Center, Nordic Ski and Snowshoe Center, and many restaurants and bars at the mountain. The Clips and Reels Recreation Center at Stateside has a movie theater, arcade and clip-in ropes and climbing course. There’s lots to do all year round for the whole family!
