Summary: Great location, super walkable. An old house, so you’ll hear voices and footsteps of others but some nice touches - lovely sheets, Dyson hair dryer, smart TV (so can login to your Netflix, etc). Great water pressure in the shower/bath. Daily breakfast exceeded expectations, with a hot option offered every morning. And you can wash & dry your clothes for just $1 a load, washing detergent included!
