loves it because of the close vicinity to the ocean and pool. Most guests come back year after year. The Windsong Community is one of a kind and unlike any other. This beautifully renovated property is truly one of the best condos on the rental market on Amelia Island Plantation.
A total renovation of this condo was completed in December 2017. The popcorn ceilings were removed, all baths were updated including new vanities and granite
countertops. Linens are top of the line and new throughout. The kitchen was also completely renovated with new cabinets, granite countertops and stainless appliances. New tile flooring was installed throughout the condo and a new HVAC unit, expanded hot water heater and water softener were added. The condo was also professionally decorated with all new furnishings and artwork.

Unloading and loading is simple as you can drive right up to the unit's front door.
The large open floor plan, makes this condo perfect for families with children, and the
vicinity of the pool and the ocean really sets it apart! Retired couples will also love this condo because of its flatness and the ease of loading and unloading. Windsong has the privacy and perks that all ages will enjoy!
This condo is on the ground floor, and the great room and master bedroom open to a
grassy lawn with views of the Atlantic Ocean. It is just steps away from the pool area and beach! This condo has 2 bedrooms, each with a flat screen television, 2-1/2 baths, and is tiled throughout. It is large and airy with approximately 1,700 square feet featuring a great room with built in bar and beverage refrigerator, fully equipped kitchen, and full sized washer and dryer. The condo has 3 new televisions with all home DVR service, WIFI and a land line with unlimited
long distance. Beach chairs, beach towels and all other linens are included.
With this rental, our guests enjoy access to the beautiful Windsong pool and our
secluded beachfront. There are walking and biking trails on and off the Plantation, and
bike rentals are available. The Spa is world class and is located in the Shops area of the Plantation. There are
numerous shopping and dining options in this area as well, and the Nature Center offers lots of fun and family activities. Ping Pong, Putt-Putt, Par 3 Golf Course, Segway Tours.

There are two parks on the Plantation: Aury Island and Drummond Point Park. Each is unique and offers a variety of activities and a greenspace to play.
Historic Fernandina Beach is just a short drive to the north end of the island and is the 2nd oldest town in the country. Fernandina hosts many wonderful restaurants and shops, and the nightlife is entertaining and suitable for both young adults and families.
